Bathroom Addition
(Basement or New Space)
Adding a bathroom where one doesn't exist requires plumbing for a new bathroom from scratch. Drain tie-in, supply lines, shower or tub, toilet, and vanity. Basement bathroom plumbing may require an ejector pump if the bathroom sits below the sewer line.
Fixture Conversion or Upgrade

Whether it’s a bathroom or a kitchen, here’s what’s included in a full-scope remodel with Bailey Bros.
The project starts with a site visit and detailed estimate. We assess the existing plumbing, discuss your layout goals, and walk through fixture and finish options. Once the scope is set, we handle demos, plumbing rough-in (drain relocation, supply rerouting, valve and vent work), and any gas line installation needed for kitchen appliances. After the plumbing is inspected, we move to finish work: tile, flooring, cabinetry installation, fixture installation, and final connections. We clean up when we’re done.
For plumbing-only scope, we handle everything behind the walls and under the floors, then hand off to your general contractor or other trades for the finish work. We coordinate with your team and make sure the rough-in is done right and ready for the next phase.
Common plumbing tasks in a remodel include relocating plumbing fixtures (sink, toilet, shower, tub) to new positions, moving drain locations, moving water supply lines, running new gas lines for ranges and ovens, installing dishwasher plumbing and ice maker lines, and tying in new drains for basement bathroom additions. Both. We offer full-scope remodels including plumbing, tile, flooring, and cabinetry, or plumbing-only scope if you already have other contractors handling the finishes.
How much does a bathroom or kitchen remodel cost?
Cost depends on the scope. A fixture upgrade is on the lower end, while a full gut renovation with tile, flooring, and cabinetry is a larger investment. We provide a detailed estimate after a site visit. Financing is available through Wisetack.
Can you add a bathroom to a basement?
Yes. Basement bathroom plumbing is one of our most common remodel projects. If the bathroom is below the sewer line, we install an ejector pump to handle drainage. We handle the full scope from rough-in to finished fixtures.
Can you relocate plumbing fixtures to a new layout?
Yes. Moving a sink, toilet, shower, or tub to a new position requires rerouting drain and supply lines, which is standard remodel plumbing work for us. We assess feasibility during the estimate.
Do you do tile, flooring, and cabinetry?
Yes. Full bathroom gut renovations and kitchen gut renovations include tile work, flooring installation, and cabinetry installation alongside the plumbing. One contractor handles everything.

A full bathroom gut renovation typically takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the size and scope. Simpler projects like a tub to shower conversion can be completed in less time. We give you a realistic timeline during the estimate.
